Change Management: A change management process is developed to minimize resistance to change, communicate with staff, and ensure training effectiveness aligned with the organization's culture.
Effective Course Framework: To achieve successful staff learning and engagement, an effective course framework is essential, including curated course materials.
Slide Structure: The Onboarding Accelerator service includes 40 slides for one course (4-5x 10 minute modules), with AI "prompt engineering" for each slide.
User Experience: AI "prompt engineering" is crucial for a successful course delivery using AI-driven digital humans, determining the course's overall user experience.
Pilot Phase: New courses are strongly recommended to undergo a pilot phase to identify issues or gaps in the course outline or content.
Digital Human Interaction: This phase evaluates Digital Human responses to interactive engagement with staff, ensuring effective course delivery.
Course Evaluation: The pilot course is uploaded, managed, and evaluated for effectiveness and staff engagement, providing insights for necessary adjustments.
Enhancing Effectiveness: The objective is to improve course delivery effectiveness, ensuring accurate and contextually relevant information reflecting business specifics.
Testing and Validation: Improvements are tested and validated with the pilot group, incorporating learnings from the initial course delivery phase.
Iterative Modifications: Based on feedback, modifications are made to the course outline, slides, and AI prompts to enhance overall course quality.
Onboarding Staff: The production rollout involves onboarding all staff into the Interactive Instructors platform and enrolling them in the new course.
Change Management Focus: Emphasis is placed on managing the change process, providing initial staff support, and addressing early issues with the new system.
Effectiveness Reporting: After sufficient staff completion and feedback, an effectiveness report is generated for the AI training sponsor, contingent on the correct Subscription level of the customer.
